Redesign the space as a beautiful calm green space, between two busy roads. The residents are all keen to chip and do a bit of gardening, but it's too big for us to take on ourselves without expertise and funding. The rental market this year has been very busy with a limited number of homes on the market which has caused a huge demand for those looking to find affordable housing in the Carlsbad area.
